We newly own this nice villa and worked hard to redecorate it to modern standards. All the interior has new furniture. Both bathrooms have been fully refurbished using design material. 3 Bedrooms; two with 160 x 200 and one with 2 beds 90 x 200. All airconditioned with silent equipment although hardly needed as it is only 30 mtr from the sea: gives a cool breeze.
Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave combo, electrical hobs etc. Living with comfortable sofas, 42" plasma TV, satellite receiver and dvd/home theatre. Wireless (and wired) internet available at extra costs, skype works well.
Terrace + pool + garden on ground floor and great roof terrace with magnificent views.
Very secluded, ideal for families.
