Carvoeiro is probably the prettiest town in the Algarve. It has earned a reputation for being both unpretentious and cosmopolitan. This charming small town offers several beaches, two of the finest golf courses in Europe (Pinto & Gramacho) both within a 10 minute drive from the apartment, and a 9-hole golf course, Vale do Milho, a 5 minute drive. There are excellent tennis clubs, horseriding as well as an exceptional variety of restaurants. For the family there are 2 water parks, Slide and Splash and Aqualand, and Zoomarine Theme Park all within a 20 minute drive from the apartment. Faro airport is a 45 min drive away, and the city of Lisbon is a 2 hr drive. Pedra Grande is a quiet private development of 24 luxury apartments set in beautifully landscaped gardens with large swimming pool, sundeck and changing rooms, just a short 5 minute walk from Praia de Centeanes, Carvoeiro's most popular beach and within walking distance of the town centre with its wide choice of shops, pubs and excellent restaurants.This superb apartment is located on the 1st floor. The complex is on the local bus route but is only a 20 minute walk into Carvoeiro Village.We ask that you bring your own beach towels.
