Villa Golfinho on the outskirts of the small village of Porches, (famous for it's hand painted ceramics)situated between Carvoeiro & Armacao de Pera. The villa caters for the needs of a carefree holiday.With 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite, a feature circular lounge with comfortable sofas, TV Satelite, CD player and dining area, and should you ever have chilly evenings there is a log burning fire.The lounge opens on to a shaded verandah and pool area via 3 double doors.The kitchen is equipped with just about everthing to aid your holiday catering, (plus washing machine,dishwasher,ironing board & iron). Outside in the secure garden there is a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, and plenty of lawned area providing some natural shade as well. Sunloungers chairs, parasols & tables are provided. Once through the gated entrance to the villa there is parking for three cars, there is also parking on the road directly outside the villa. A well stocked supermarket is nearby (just a couple of minutes by car), and in the town of Armacao de Pera as well as several supermarkets there is a local market selling freshly caught fish, meat and fresh produce,well worth a visit! Several reastaurants are within walking distance the nearest being the Don Manuel. The nearest beach at Senora da Rocha is still used by fisherman, but has plenty of space to laze around & sunbathe on,it also has a very good reastaurant serving drinks,icecreams,snacks through to full meals. Another beach can be reached by walking through a tunnel.With a huge sandy beach at Armacao de Pera, and lots of sandy coves nearby you really are spoilt for choice! A car is recommended as there are so many places to visit.
