Carvoeiro Beach
Benagil beach, near Carvoeiro, is an absolute gem and easy to miss.Tucked away behind a towering craggy cliff, you will find beautiful soft golden sands and great bathing.
For golden sands as far as the eye can see, head to Praia da Rocha, where the beach is great for kids and the town is buzzing with restaurants and bars – definitely not one for the escapists!

La Bella Vita - Chef Andrea Fusco and his excellent team provide a good Italian cuisine in a smallish restaurant overlooking the pool in the Algarve Club Atlântico. It is only open for dinner and reservation recommended as the place can get busy
Pátio - Located on the main beach in the centre of Carvoeiro. Serving a Portuguese/European menu with rustic restaurant ambience. Credit cards accepted.
Portarade - An adapted fishing barn with atmosphere serving good value International cuisine. Ideal location. Do not accept Credit Cards.
Village Inn - The eating place of those "in the know" Small - friendly atmosphere - good cuisine and service. Value for the money. Dinner only and closed on Sunday and Monday.
